Call recording. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and intake-routing purposes. If a specific call is being recorded, you will hear a disclosure at the start of the call. You may end the call after hearing the disclosure if you do not wish to be recorded.

SMS / text messages. If you opt in to SMS follow-up by submitting a phone number with consent, we (or the dispatched provider) may text you about your service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not use SMS for marketing.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site. These services collect information such as pages viewed, session duration, device and browser characteristics, and approximate geographic location. Microsoft Clarity may also record session interactions including mouse movement, clicks, and scroll depth on a sampled basis. These services use cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to service requests, route requests to an available local commercial refrigeration provider, follow up on inquiries, operate and improve the Site, measure marketing effectiveness, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information you submit through the form or by phone with the local commercial refrigeration provider routed to your request, so they can contact you and perform the requested service.
